Reminder! Property Taxes Are Due

Property taxes for residents in the state of Texas are due on January 31, 2025. The good news is, you can still pay your taxes though your local tax assessor’s office on-line.

Grand Lakes MUD 2 Ad Valorem Taxes rates are based on property values established by the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District. The tax rate (below) is per $100 of home value, as determined by the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District.
